David Ray Griffin to speak about '9/11 truth' in the black diamond (sorte diamant) - 1pm Thursday 14.09

David Ray Griffin, keynote 9/11 truth speaker and author of several books, including "The New Pearl Harbor - Disturbing Questions about the Bush Administration and 9/11", will be holding a formal address (in English) on the topic in "dronningsalen" in the black diamond (sorte diamant/Kongelige Bibliotek) in Copenhagen, between 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm, on Thursday 14th September, followed by an open question time.

David Ray Griffin is a serious scholar, debater and author of several books on theology, as well as on 9/11.

In the foreword of "The New Pearl Harbour", Michael Meacher, the former British Minister for the Environment, described Griffin's work as:

"An excellent exposé of so many of the deeply troubling questions that must still be answered fully and transparently if democratic control over political and military leaders is to mean anything at all."

Griffin will present a clear and logical argument for the case that the 'official' explanation of what happened on 9/11 simply cannot be true, and evidence of complicity in the events by elements within the US government.

One of the most glaring weaknesses in the official account which he will discuss is the complete failure by NORAD to scramble jet fighters and intercept a single plane, as would normally have been routine procedure.

Anyone who has trouble believing that the US Government might be complicit in false acts of terror as a means to influence public support for military action is referred to the Operation Northwoods documents. Operation Northwoods was a detailed set of plans prepared in 1962 at the highest US military strategic level, in which false acts or terror were planned against US interests and citizens, and Cuban refugees. The aim of the actions was specifically to incite support, within the US and internationally, for military action in Cuba. One of more than ten actions considered was to fly a remote-controlled plane, masquerading as a passenger flight, over Cuba, and blow it up, blaming Cuba.

The Operation Northwoods documents are stored in the National Security Archive at George Washington University (www.gwu.edu/˜nsarchiv/news/20010430). The Annex starting on page 10 lists the proposed terror actions.
